Procedure of Society Registration in Haryana
1. Name Approval

As you have seen in our video that how we can apply for name approval and we will get the name approval after submitting the requisite documents to the concern registrar.

2. Society Registration

After getting the name approval you need to apply the Society registration while making the challan payment. Then you can get the registration done with 25 days and sometime you need to submit the more documents as if require and ask by the concern registrar.

3. Pan Card Application

You need to apply the Pan card for the society after receiving the Society Registration Certificate and for that you have to apply over the NSDL website – and you can also refer the above linked video to get the knowledge in details-

“After applying we need to send the Pan Application form along with Registration Certificate with the attested by the President [or as per authority given in the BY Laws] over the Society Stamp”

4. Open the Bank Account

Visit the bank, collect the form and submit the documents as required by the bank and the office-bearers of the bank must be as per the Bylaws of the Society.

5. Income Tax Return- ITR-5 or 7

6.Annual Return Society Registration in india Act 1860- Mandatory Annual Returns Filing Under Societies Act, 2012

Every society shall file the following returns:

  1. List of the members duly certified by the President and the Secretary.
  2. List of the members of the Collegium duly certified by the President and the Secretary, alongwith the list of electoral colleges.
  3. List of the office-bearers alongwith their names, addresses and occupations.
  4. An annual report on the working of the Society by the Governing Body duly certified by the President and Secretary.
  5. Copy each of the balance-sheet, receipt expenditure statement and the auditor's report duly certified by the auditor.
  6. A copy of the special resolution, as and when passed.
