WHAT IS A POST INCORPORATION COMPLIANCE ?

Post-incorporation measures include holding board meetings, opening a bank account, registering an official address, appointing an auditor, maintaining registers, issuing share certificates, and obtaining a commencement of business certificate.

FORM-20A-Declaration for commencement of business is required to be filed by Company/section-8 Companies within 180 days of incorporation.

Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (COI).
Copy of the company's bank statement, reflecting the paid-up share capital.
Digital Signature of KMP/Director.
Photo of director with premises building with proper address.
Professional Signature i.e., CA/CS/CMA.
